For 3 years 2 local Dealers worked on my car and actually were unable to either diagnose or properly repair my 2012 Hyundai Equus. I finally went to Global mechanics and within a week complete resolved all of my vehicle's problems. My advice-if you have a foreign vehicle, no matter how sophisticated, I recommend Global Auto Repair. They are true Master Mechanics.

They took a month and a half with my car and it still had problems. Granted we were using my warranty coverage, but after they paid about 3200. you would think they would make sure it ran correctly. Global Carcare clearly does not know how to work with warranties or stand by their work. The air conditioning went back to not working right 10 days later. Also a lot of gas was missing. Car parts runs using my vehicle most likely .

Brought my Mustang in for a rear main seal and an oil pan gasket leak. Fixed the issue for me in a timely fashion and they also called to inform me that my rear differential was leaking and I had a bad misfire. They fixed that as well. Planning to go back for more services in the future. The pricing for parts and labor was great as well. I wasn’t over charged.

This is the third time I’ve been to Global. I had an oil change scheduled. They also recommended a battery replacement, which I had anticipated would be needed. Staff are friendly, prices are reasonable, and the waiting room is pleasant. I recommend Global!
