Good service, friendly front workers. I got new breaks and all was installed and working well. I did not appreciate the 3.5% up charge for using my credit card. The business needs to be able to absorb this. There is no need to pass this charge on to the consumer. Most importantly, there is no credit card on earth that charges a business 3.5%. I was also charged $17 labor for my new windshield wipers. I feel the profit from the wipers should have been enough. I’ve never been changed labor for getting new wipers installed.

Global Autocare Center is a shop in Naples that I can trust to perform top quality service on my vehicle. The manager Ernesto approved my service only/specific request to clean my EGR ports of carbon buildup. A service most local shops don't offer. He also provided me with before and after photos of the EGR carbon buildup in the ports for quality assurance purposes. The tech who actually performed the service goes by Rocco if I'm not mistaken. A very talented/skilled and well spoken young man. My car is running much better at idle, fuel economy is way up, and the check engine light is off and has not come back on. Global Autocare Center will be my preferred service center moving forward and if Rocco is available, I'll be requesting him as the tech to perform the service.
